These terms apply to your use of aromaqueen.nu and to orders placed through our online shop. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices
Our shop offers digital products and remotely delivered services, such as templates, courses, assessments, workshops and setup packages. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Each product page describes what is included, the delivery format and the expected delivery time.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Digital files and course access are delivered by email. Services such as workshops, audits and setup packages are scheduled with you after purchase and delivered remotely within the timeframe stated on the product page, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Cancellations and refunds
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content, this right ends once the download or access begins, if you have given your consent. For services, if you ask us to start within the cancellation period, you will pay for the part of the service already provided. Business customers may request cancellation before work begins; once work has started, fees for work performed are non-refundable. To cancel, email us with your order reference.
6. Intellectual property
Templates, courses and materials are licensed for use within your own organisation. They may not be resold or redistributed. All website content belongs to Aroma Queen Ltd unless otherwise stated.
7. Liability
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
